Is Necessary for the Dilacerated Maxillary Central Incisors Orthodontic Treatment?

Dilaceration is often caused by trauma and treated by orthodontic traction recently. However, an eight-year old boy suffered from dilacerations of both maxillary central incisors and developed differently after the surgery for crown exposure. In this report, one erupted normally without any further treatment but the other had to receive orthodontic treatment to get it move to the right track.
