摘要
主訴：13歲9個月大男性患者因在一兩小時前撞到教室大門，導致上門牙鬆動而來求診。 問題明細：(1)#21牙齒脫出且牙冠朝舌側移位；(2)上唇撕裂傷。 治療計劃：(1)縫合上唇撕裂傷；(2)將#21復位並用尼龍釣魚線固定；(3)給予chlorhexidine漱口水；(4)居家照護衛教：(5)定期回診。 追蹤結果：一年三個月後追蹤顯示撞傷的牙齒呈現灰黑變色、牙髓活性回復正常，一級搖動性。
