摘要

矯正後如何長期且穩定地維持矯正後整齊的牙齒免於復發（relapse），一直是牙醫師努力探討的課題。為免於矯正後的復發，牙醫師常選擇固定式舌側維持裝置來給患者使用。但固定式舌側維持裝置的失敗率並不低，根據文獻顯示約由11.6％∼58.2％不等。許多文獻提出了不同的方法來降低固定式舌側維持裝置的失敗率。本文提出了一種利用樹脂定位板來讓牙醫師在黏著固定式舌側維持裝置更加精準。

How to keep the well-aligned teeth after orthodontic treatment from relapse, is a important subject which dentists concern. Many dentists apply fixed lingual retainer to their patients after orthodontic treatment. But the failure rate of fixed lingual retainer is high, in different studies the failure rate range from 11.6% to 58.2%. Different ways was used to decrease the failure rate of fixed lingual retainer in different studies. In this article, we apply a new way to bond fixed lingual retainer more accurately by customized resin plate.
