使用活動矯正裝置合併指狀彈簧與固定2×4矯正裝置治療混合齒列之前牙錯位：病例報告

摘要

本病例報告為一名八歲四個月上顎前牙錯位的男童，此男童以前曾拔過上顎正中贅生齒。臨床上可見右上正中乳門齒未脫落，左上正中恆門齒已旋轉萌發。等待四個月後右上正中恆門齒已萌發二分之一，開始使用活動矯正裝置合併指狀彈簧調整左上正中恆門齒，接者利用2×4固定矯正裝置來撐開上顎與排列上顎前牙，於一年四個月後獲得理想的治療效果。

This case report describes a 8-year-4-month old boy with upper anterior teeth malpositioned. This boy had extracted the mesioden previously. Clinical revealed the upper primary right central incisor did not exfoliate, and the upper permanent left central incisor erupted with rotation. After four months, the upper permanent right central incisor has erupted half, so we used removable orthodontic appliance with finger to correct upper permanent left central incisor, then expanded the maxillary and aligned upper anterior teeth by 2x4 fixed orthodontic appliance. After one year and four months, we achieved ideal outcome.
