摘要

本研究分析軍隊可能肇生的危機類型（因子）與危機預防作為，並將危機類型與預防策略作為具體化，訂出執行之優先順序，而有助於做好危機的預防與準備工作，及建立危機管理相關作業機制之參考。本研究蒐集479位中尉至上校，不同階級與服務年資軍官之問卷數據資料，將數據進行權重排序與百分比分析，並提出建議與危機預防策略，以提升軍隊危機管理效能。

This research intended to find out crisis pattern, and enhancing the efficiency of crisis prevention strategies, as well as attitude and awareness of crisis management for commanding officers in military organizations. We developed specific questionnaire to collect data regarding to the crisis in military organization from. The participants included 479 officers-- ranking from first lieutenant to colonel and taking training in various military organizations. The results have demonstrated to promote the efficiency of crisis management in military organizations, the crisis prevention strategies needed to be developed appropriately.
