科技接受模式初討空軍飛行員使用模擬機接受態度

Preliminary Study of ROCAF Pilots' Attitude toward a Flight Simulator through Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

摘要


本研究應用科技接受模式(TAM)來探討飛行員使用飛航模擬機之態度與意願。不同於實際飛行,模擬機可以設定許多虛擬狀況及不正常情境以了解飛行員是否可以熟稔地回復到正常飛行。模擬機訓練可以測試飛行員的危機程序處理並加強飛行決策之品質。然而,模擬畢竟不同於實際飛行,因此,使用科技接受模式(TAM),本研究探討飛行員使用模擬機的使用態度及行為意願,透過問卷調查,來了解飛行員使用模擬機進行飛行訓練時,其認知與行為評估,以期掌握模擬機之成效並培養優質決策模式。

Current study, in application of TAM, investigates the attitude and willingness of pilots toward the flying simulator. Simulator training provides various unexpected flight scenarios that pilots have rarely encountered in their practical flying experience. Pilots can experience in and recover from those critical situations by quick SOP responses or better decision-making qualities from daily ground trainings to ensure the safety of flight. Through questionnaire survey on 2nd generation fighter pilots, the recognition of simulator usefulness and effectiveness were verified and suggestions were summarized in order to improve the quality of decision- making trainings.
