觀光旅遊已成為現代的休閒趨勢,使得觀光旅遊產業發展為全世界最大的工業,而旅行業在觀光旅遊產業中,佔有著十分重要的地位。 人力資本對於企業組織來說,是非常重要的資產,旅行業也不例外,因此籍由中階主管職能模式的建立,將有助於企業員工的甄選以及培訓出適當的管理人才。 本研究透過專家訪談及問卷調查的方法,整理出旅行業中階主管職能指標,並經由統計方法得知是否因不同規模之旅行社而有其獨特的職能模型。 研究結果發現執行能力、培育他人、自我管理、領導能力、分析能力、應變能力、團隊能力及行事態度等8項重要的核心能力,而根據管理階層的差異及旅行社規模的不同,中階主管的職能模式也因而不同。
The tourism has become the modern leisure trend; it developed to be the world’s largest industry. The traveling business occupied a very important position in the tourism industry. Human capital is a very important property for business organization. Same with in the traveling industry, to build the medium rank supervisor competent function, will help the company to make appropriate selection for employees and training the suitable management personnel. he research by interview with experts and Questionnaire, got the index of traveling business medium rank supervisor function, and using complied statistic to know the unique function model if it is different scale travel agency. The result showed eight important core capabilities: implementation capacity, training people, self-management, leadership ability, analytic ability, and according to the travel agencies management rank and scale differences, it will effect the medium rank supervisor function different.
