體育安親班教師工作壓力之研究

Research on Working Pressure of Teacher at Physical Education After-School Club

摘要


本研究旨在探討體育安親班教師工作壓力,以訪談5位安親班教師為研究,歸納出教師工作壓力的來源。本研究中所指教師係為輔導體育安親班學員之教師。研究工具是根據文獻收集自編體育安親班教師工作壓力之研究訪談題目,體育安親班教師主要的工作壓力來源來自於一、個人因素中教師性別差異無工作壓力存在;二、人際因素上主要以行政人員臨時指派工作任務及家長認為教師能力不足為主要的壓力來源;三、專業知能上主要是教師在運動相關專業知識的不足而產生較大的壓力來源;四、教學與輔導方面,教師無法預期學童的能力而產生安排課程的困難;輔導上教師採用舉例的方式讓學童了解事情;五、工作負荷上,教師認為可以多方學習,故教師在工作負荷上較無壓力存在。

The purpose of this study is to explore working pressure of teacher at physical education after-school club. Research object interviewed five teachers at physical education after-school club, and using interview and literature for research, through finishing, and summed up, research resulted following: (1) There were no pressure to gender differences in the individual factor. (2) Interpersonal factors were mainly administrative personnel temporarily assigned tasks and parents thought that lack of ability teachers as the main source of pressure. (3) The professional knowledge of teachers in the lack of exercise was mainly relevant expertise to produce greater pressure source. (4) Teaching and counseling, teachers can't expect children's ability to produce difficulties of organizing courses; teachers used the example of the way to make the children understand to give guidance. (5) The workload, teachers thought what they can multi learn, so teachers in relatively stress-free existence workload.
