本研究目的在瞭解不同背景變項技術學院學生參與規律運動人口百分比率與阻礙因素及排序差異。以南開技術學院92學年度日間部學生為研究對象,以自編學生參與規律運動狀況與阻礙因素調查表為工具,採橫斷式調查法,以班級為單位,抽取33班1485人為樣本。使用SPSS 10.0 for Windows套裝統計軟體進行描述性統計、項目分析、信度分析、因素分析(factor analysis)、Pearson卡方檢定、Spearman等級相關檢定。結果如下:1.學生參與規律運動百分比率,男、女學生間有差異;不同年齡層學生間有差異;不同上學方式學生間有差異。2.學生參與規律運動阻礙因素有場地器材質量不足、不喜歡運動、不愉快經驗、相關知識技能不足、缺乏重要他人支持、缺乏時間與經濟、組織性活動參與機會不足。3.不同背景變項學生參與規律運動阻礙因素排序有高度的一致性。依序為場地器材質量不足;組織性活動參與機會不足;相關知識技能不足;不愉快經驗;缺乏時間與經濟;不喜歡運動;缺乏重要他人支援。
The main purpose of the study was to discuss the involvement and participation in sports activities as well as reasons not to participate in sports. A total of 1485 randomly selected Nan-Kai Institute of Technology students served as subjects. SPSS 10.0 software was used to conduct statistical analysis. The results were as follow: 1. participation in sports was influenced by gender, age and time spent studying. 2. The reasons for not participating in sports activities were: insufficient facilities, never enjoy sports, bad previous experiences, insufficient knowledge of sports, lack of support from others, lack of time and money, and rare opportunities to participate in organized activities. 3. The reasons for not participating in sports activities were ranked as follows: A. lack of sports facility. B. No chance to participate in organized activities. C. Insufficient related knowledge. D. Bad experiences. F. Lack of time and money. F. No passion for sports. G. Lack of support from others.
