摘要


產品客製化是晚近製造業面對的趨勢。文獻中針對客製化之趨勢,對焦於製造生產層面而探討其條件與結果者尚屬闕如。本文透過詮釋性之個案研究方法,系統化地說明—客製化之製造整合概念以歸納客製化製造所需具備之能力、所面臨之影響因素,以及客製化製造落實後之成效,並提出若干客製化製造之研究建議與管理意涵。

Customized manufacturing is the ongoing trend in the industry. However, the topic attracted only scant attention in the literature. In this paper, an interpretive case analysis approach is adopted to systematically describe and discuss an integrated concept that incorporate the issues of customized manufacturing capabilities, external influential factors, and customization performance. Research findings, suggestions, and managerial implications are provided as well.
