探討電腦自我效能對於ERP系統成功之影響

摘要

企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning; ERP)為一全面、整合的交易資訊處理系統，使得企業管理者能以有效率地管理企業資源。企業進行ERP導入專案中，首先面對專案組識的設立與參與成員選擇，邀集優異人士參與專案奉獻心力，為ERP導入專案的成功要因(Davenport, 2000)，本研究由使用者的電腦自我效能(Computer Self-efficacy)，探討組織導入ERP系統過程中，使用者因素如何影響專案成功。本研究由台灣地區前2000大企業為主要研究對象，選擇已採行ERP系統企業的ERP專案經理作為問卷的填答者，研究問卷共發出957份，回收有效樣本為333份。
研究結果顯示，使用者之「電腦自我效能」對於本研究所探討的ERP系統之成功有重要影響，由於使用者的自我效能，將會影響本身對系統品質、資訊品質與服務品質的認知與觀感，進而影響使用者個人對於系統滿意度與個人效益，最後影響至整個組識。本研究建議企業進行規劃與進行ERP導入的過程中，應考量讓具備高度電腦自我效能的員工進入專案。

ERPs are comprehensive, integrated, and transaction-oriented information systems. Enterprise's manager use ERP to manage resource efficiently and effectively. However, implementing ERPs require the participation of various business departments. Therefore, the common wisdom is that key users should be invited from the involved departments. This research discusses if the user's computer self-efficacy has impacts on ERP projects. 333 Taiwan companies participate in this study. The result showed that user’s computer self-efficacy play an important role in deciding the outcome of projects. This study suggests enterprises should encourage employees with high level of computer self-efficacy, to join ERP project.
