學術寫作在臨床專業能力進階制度中是一項重要的專業能力,然而少有臨床護理人員積極的投入學術報告的書寫或是參加相關訓練課程。本病房2008年度護理人員書寫學術報告完成率為40%且無任何一位人員完成進階職級。分析人員未參與進階的原因是主管未要求、無動機、不會查資料及缺乏專人指導。專案小組擬定解決方案包括舉辦資料查詢課程、安排輔導員進行個別輔導、定期追蹤學術報告書寫進度。實施期間為2009年2月1日至2010年01月10日。專案完成後,2009年學術報告完成率為88.89%、4位護理人員由N進階至N1、5位護理人員由N2進階至N3,隨著人員學術報告書寫能力進步,照護過程的專業能力及護理品質亦顯著改善。
Although academic writing is one of the important professional competences in the clinical ladder system, few nurses who are aggressive in their academic reports or related training courses behave in forceful way. In 2008, our ward nursing staff's academic reports completed rate was 40%, and not one of the nurses achieves clinical ladder requirement. We collected nurses' opinion through questionnaire investigating and identified the following causes: (1) head nurse did not emphasize the importance of academic competence; (2) lack of motivation for achieving clinical ladder; (3) lack of abilities of literature searching and reviewing; (4) lack of the preceptor to instruct writing. Our project was proceeding as planned from February 1(superscript st), 2009 to January 10(superscript th), 2010, which included holding literature searching education, arranged one to one preceptor for instructing nursing staff, and performing regular check to ensure implementing the project. The result showed that nursing staff academic reports completed rate was enhancing to 88.89%, four nurses achieved their clinical ladder from N to N1, and five N2 promoted their clinical ladder to N3. Aside the project effectiveness, nursing staff also enhancing professional competence as improving their nursing care quality.
