醫療機構經營策略與營運績效之研究:社會性套系觀點

Operational Strategy and Performance of Health Care Organization: The Perspectives of Social Ties

摘要


本文藉由社會資本及制度理論兩種社會性觀點,探討醫療機構經營策略與營運績效。在研究命題方面,本文欲以台灣地區醫療機構為對象,主要的觀念性架構即在推論互惠套系中的醫師連結、社區連結;正當性套系中的聯服連結、協會連結及健保局連結確實有助於社會資本利益的取得,進而提昇醫療機構的主客觀營運績效。本文最後就本研究之理論與實務意涵作一討論,並提出管理實務與學術研究方向上的建議。

This study discusses the operational strategy and performance of health care organizations form the perspectives of social capital theory and institution theory. We adopt the health care organizations in Taiwan. The main framework in this study is to infer and test the mutualistic ties, legitimating ties can facilitate social capital benefits and further increase the organization's performance. Finally, we also draw upon some implications and suggestions for both practice and academic part.
