目的:本文將從三方面家庭、職場、學校的觀點:即家庭成員的接納態度和支持與否,職場雇主是否願意雇用精神病態,以及一般員工是否願意和病患共事,學校教育是否接受並指導他們過正常的學校生活,來探討精神病患者重返社會之影響因素與接受度,並釐清二者之關聯程度。方法:研究過程乃根據文獻設計問卷量表作為研究工具,資料蒐集對象為居住南部地區滿二十歲之成年人,問卷調查結果共回收763份,資料分析使用SPS12.0版統計套裝軟體,有t檢定、變異數分析及迴歸分析。結果:結果發現受訪者之性別、年齡、職業、教育程度、居住年數對於精神病患重返社會之影響因素皆有顯著性差異,對於精神病患重返社會之接受度也有顯著性不同。此外民眾對精神疾病的了解,普遍認為精神病患是會傷害威脅到別人的,較不願意與治癒精神病患共組家庭怕影響下一代,企業界也不太願意雇用治癒精神病患為其職工,最後提出相對應之改善策略,作為政府制定政策之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate general people's perception of psychiatric disorder and the impact factors of returning to society of Psychopaths. Moreover, this paper discussed people's acceptance degree of cured psychopaths. The results showed that sex, age, career, education level and years of residence have significant differences in the perception of the impact factors and the acceptance degree of psychopaths' returning society. In addition, most of people believed the psychiatric patients will hurt and threaten others, and they don't willing to marry with psychopaths to have families with them. Most of enterprises don't want to hire psychopaths. This study proposed strategies to improve that phenomenon and the results will be helpful for government to design polices.
