探討國小教師自我導向學習準備度之研究

A Study on Self-Directed Learning Readiness among Elementary School Teachers

摘要


本研究期望整理出適用於國小教師所使用的自我導向學習準備度量表,供後續研究者進行假說驗證使用,本研究母群體為臺中市政府設立之公立國民小學教師為研究範圍對象,共發放400 份問卷回收有效問卷共375 份,有效回收率達94%。以探索性因素分析以及驗證性因素分析確認適合國小教師的自我導向學習準備度量表,將自我導向學習準備度區分為三個構面包括,自我管理、渴望學習、自我控制,共十六題題項。

This study is expected to organize the self-directed learning preparation scale for elementary school teachers. Provide follow up researchers to use hypothesis verification. The research group is the public elementary school teachers established by Taichung city government as the research object. A total of 400 questionnaires were collected and 375 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 94%. The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to confirm the self-directed learning readiness scale for elementary school teachers. The self-directed learning readiness is divided into three facets, including self-management, desire for learning, self-control, and a total of sixteen questions.
