This study is expected to organize the self-directed learning preparation scale for elementary school teachers. Provide follow up researchers to use hypothesis verification. The research group is the public elementary school teachers established by Taichung city government as the research object. A total of 400 questionnaires were collected and 375 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 94%. The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to confirm the self-directed learning readiness scale for elementary school teachers. The self-directed learning readiness is divided into three facets, including self-management, desire for learning, self-control, and a total of sixteen questions.
