學生的學習滿意度受到多重因素的影響,同時也可能隨著時間的變化而改變。本研究基於自我決定理論、成就目標導向理論以及學習投入觀點,探討大學生入學選擇因素與就學滿意度之間的關係,以及跨時間的變化情形與影響機制。本研究以臺灣高等教育庫中的大一學生及追蹤相隔2年後的大三資料為本研究之對象,有效樣本人數17,552人。以階層迴歸與SEM取向的路徑分析發現,大一新生入學所施測的項目包括(學校因素、他人影響、自我決定、生涯定向、內在動機、外在動機)與學校偏愛、學習投入皆有顯著影響。另外在追蹤相隔2年大三學生所施測的項目包括(學校關係、師長關係、同儕關係、生涯定向、內在動機、外在動機)對就學滿意(學習、成果、學校滿意)亦有顯著影響。值得一提的是,生涯定向、內外在動機對於就學滿意度皆具有跨時點之影響。最後以SEM取向的路徑分析研究結果進行討論,並提供大學院校、教師及事務工作規劃者之參考。
Students' learning satisfaction is affected by multiple factors, also change over time. This research is based on self-determination theory, achievement goal orientation theory and learning involvement. The purpose of this study was to exploring factors of influence on schooling satisfaction, and the change situation and influence mechanism across time. This research objects a total of 17552 valid samples from Taiwan Integrated Postsecondary Education Database, in freshman and tracking separated by two years turn into juniors. Using hierarchical regression and structural equation modeling oriented path analysis, results generally support our hypotheses, in that school factors, others influence, self-determination, career orientation, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation are significant effect on school like and learning Involvement. In that School relationships, teacher's relationships, peer relationships, career orientation, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation are significant effect on schooling satisfaction. One worthy note to mention is that career orientation, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation are across time point effect. Finally, this study offers the suggestions to the teachers and affairs planners of school.
