醫療電子製造業採購績效評估模式建構之研究

摘要

醫療電子製造業隨著醫療水準的提升而獲取龐大的商機，也使得因應國民健康所需要的醫療電子相關產業在現今不景氣的時代中仍能維持成長。台灣醫療電子相關廠商大多為中小型企業，比起國際大廠在人力和資源相對貧乏，面對競爭更由於欠缺一套有效的醫療電子製造業採購績效評估模式，導致醫療電子製造業在行銷、生產及客戶服務的品質不佳，進而拉低企業的獲利能力。本研究針對生產醫療電子的相關產業，目的為建構一套有效的採購評估模式，以利相關業者有關採購績效評估建立流程，並採用網路層級分析法（analytic network process；ANP），計算各構面及評估指標之相對重要性權數，最後建立醫療電子製造業採購績效評估模式。

Increment of medical electrical manufacturing industries has followed the wide attention on healthy issues .Most firms in Taiwan's medical electrical manufacturing industry are small and medium enterprises, with relatively limited resources that lead to poor performance on sales, strategy or process. Low profitability in this industry is also to owing lacking of a complete medical electrical manufacturing industry appraisal model. The aim of this study is to construct a set of core competition model, based upon the analytic network process (ANP), and provide practitioners with a complete measurement process.
