小兒異位性皮膚炎中醫治療病例

摘要

異位性皮炎病位在體表，但病機涉及五臟，病因有風、燥、濕、毒搏結於肌膚，加之胎毒蟄伏，還有飲食與季節轉換等外因。形成初期以風溼熱邪爲主，後期以膚燥陰傷，血虛痰瘀互結爲主的病勢變化。治法可概括分爲清熱法、祛濕法、祛風止癢法、健脾消導法、滋補陰血法、活血化瘀法等六大類。本文自中國期刊網搜尋相關文獻，分析各種治法的遣藥組方，並由實際兩個病案探討小兒異位性皮膚炎的臨床治療。

The nidi of atopic dermatitis are lung and spleen with heart, liver and kiney involved. The etiology is wind, dryness, dampness and toxin combating in the skin. With the ambushing fetal toxicosis, the manifestation shows mainly wind, dampness and heat in the early stage. In the late stage, the menifestation shows mainly dry skin with damaged yin, blood deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis. The treatment mothods include: heat-clearing, dampness-relieving, wind-repelling and itchiness-relieving, spleen-strengthening, yin and blood nourishing, and blood invigorating. This research paper is a result of archive searching in the China journal website, analysis of prescription of different treatment methods, and discussion of two actual case studies of clinical treatments of atopic dermatitis.
