酒渣鼻之中藥治療病例報告

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment on Rosacea: A Case Study

摘要

酒渣鼻是一種面部發炎的慢性皮膚病，且會有面部中央及鼻部紅斑和毛細血管擴張的的後遺症，目前中西藥物皆可治療面部發炎的症狀，早期使用中藥可以改善鼻頭發紅的現象。本文使用中藥治療1個有2年酒渣鼻病史的個案，由於西藥的治療無法成功改善鼻頭發紅的後遺症，因此個案求助本院，經過4個月的中藥治療，得到滿意的療效。

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory dermatitis that affects face and nose with erythma and telangiectasis. Both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) have developed comprehensive treatment strategies to solve inflammatory symptoms. However, during our practice, we found out that some patients respond well to Western medicine treatment, but other patients can only see improvements with TCM treatment. This case study is a patient with rosacea and telangiectasis for 2 years. He has been treated with Western medicine from the beginning, but symptoms persisted. After he started receiving TCM treatment after 4 months, the skin lesion was fully recovered.
