Knowledge workers when compared to laboring workers possess a significant number of unique characteristics, thus also respond differently to remuneration incentives. This research has adopted the questionnaire method, through the studies on knowledge workers' particular content preferences in the remuneration package to examine and discuss knowledge workers' remuneration incentives, as well as to analyze the effects of differences in backgrounds on employees' remuneration incentives. After verification and analysis, this research has obtained the following outcomes: knowledge workers possess a strong desire for self worth achievements, value high-degree spiritual satisfaction, make voluntary wishes, characterized with clear psychological desire for career intention; after the research and analysis of different demographical variables of knowledge workers demonstrate the existence of significant differences in their psychological needs; knowledge workers different content preferences to remuneration incentives show distinct psychological needs based on changes in the demographical variables; clear connections are in existence among the distinct psychological needs and content preferences to remuneration incentives of knowledge workers.
