The aim of the study was to make difference among resistance training, general training and unaccepted training in receive-serviced volleyball and reaction time. The methodology was an experiment. The subjects were school team of National Taiwan Physical Education of College. (Ave age 22±4.7yrs and volleyball age 8±2.88yrs). Describe statistics and One-way ANOVA were performed. The results showed that the resistance training was better than the others and, also, the general training was better than the unaccepted. In reaction time, the resistance training was also lower than the others. In summary, the resistance training in receive-serviced and reaction time were better than non-resistance and unaccepted training. In the future, the training focuses on the resistance training which can shorten the process of cultivating receive-serviced ability in volleyball, and, also, increases the steady state of motion to elevate the ability of receive-serviced in volleyball.
