目地:本研究目的為瞭解下肢網球專項體能的優劣是否影響選手的擊球能力。方法:研究對象為青少年網球選手共18位,分為優秀組與一般組,先檢測青少年選手的下肢網球專項體能,網球擊球能力測試。研究採用獨立樣 本t檢定,顯著水準設定為α = .05。結果:在正拍擊球能力方面,優秀組正拍的直線準度、速度與小對角的球速與平均速度皆比一般組佳(p < .05);在反拍擊球能力方面,優秀組反拍的小對角準度、反拍直線的球速、大對角的球速與小對角的球速與平均速度皆比一般組佳(p < .05);在下肢專項體能方面,優秀組與一般組的下肢網球專項體能僅在1,500公尺跑步公尺達顯著差異,其餘在跳欄訓練、六角形跳躍、米字型折返跑與S型衝刺皆未達顯著差異。結論:本研究結果指出優秀網球選手有較佳的下肢專項體能與底線擊球技能能力,因此本研究建議網球教練在訓練選手的擊球技能的同時也必須一併將下肢肌力納入訓練計畫,使選手能運用下肢的支撐,讓上肢在擊球時更加的穩定。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate exercise training on lower body strength and base line hitting ability for different lever tennis players. Methods: Eighteen high school tennis players were participated in this study and divide to elite group and non-elite group. The assessment items included lower body strength test and base line hitting ability test. Independent t test was used to examine. Results: In forehand base line hitting ability test: the elite group’s down the line accurate and speed and little cross court accurate and average speed were better then non-elite group; In backhand base line hitting ability test: elite group’s little cross court accurate and down the line speed, cross court speed, little cross court speed and average speed were better then non-elite group. In lower body strength test only 1,500 meter run significant between elite group and non-elite group. Conclusion: The current study was found the lower body strength were affect base line hitting ability, so this research suggests when tennis coach training player base line hitting ability; at the same time have to training lower body strength.
