不同技能水準青少年男子網球選手專項體能研究

Study of the Special Physical Fitness of Taiwan Youth Tennis Players

摘要


目的:比較不同技能水準男子青少年網球選手專項體能差異。方法:本研究以全國346位男子青少年選手為研究對象,依不同技能水準分為優秀、一般及控制共三組,分別進行網球專項體能測驗,所得資料以描述性統計呈現不同技能水準選手各項基本資料,以單因子變異數分析不同技能水準選手在專項體能表現之差異,統計之顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:優秀組(A)及一般組(B)在下列體能項目皆顯著優於控制組(C),包括30秒伏地挺身、1分鐘伏地挺身、藥球丟擲(右側)、藥球丟擲(左側)、藥球丟擲(頭頂前拋)及1,600公尺跑走等項目。另外A組在1,600公尺跑走也優於B組,A組於專項技術相關之穿梭跑顯著優於C組,不過右肩關節柔軟度則C組優於A組。另在左肩關節柔軟度、20公尺衝刺、垂直跳及網球專項敏捷測試項目上,三組則未達顯著差異。結論:本研究為目前國內不同技能水準男子青少年網球選手專項體能現況,優秀組及一般組選手的表現在30秒伏地挺身、1分鐘伏地挺身、藥球丟擲(右側)、藥球丟擲(左側)、藥球丟擲(頭頂前拋)及1,600公尺跑走等項目皆優於控制組選手,右肩關節柔軟度為控制組選手優於優秀組選手,穿梭跑則優秀組選手表現優於控制組選手。另外20公尺衝刺、左肩關節柔軟度、垂直跳及網球專項敏捷測試項目,各組選手表現未有差異存在。

Purpose: This study was to investigate differences of the special fitness performance among four tactical levels. Methods: All participants of this study were recruited from the northern, central, southern and eastern regions of Taiwan, and total in 346 youth tennis players participated in this study. In further, all participants were divided into three tactical level according to their performance; superior (A), normal (B) and control (C) groups. All participants had to complete the tennis special fitness test, and raw data was collected and analysis by one way ANOVA statistics, the significant level was set as α = .05. Results: A and B groups were better than C group in the following items including 30 seconds and one minute push-up, medicine ball right-left and overhead throwing, and 1,600 meters running, even, A group was still better in 1,600 meters running and shuttle run than B and C groups, respectively. However, C group had better performance in right shoulder range of motion (ROM) than A group, but in left shoulder ROM, vertical jump and tennis agility items did not show significant difference among three groups. Conclusions: This study was reflecting Taiwan youth tennis players' special fitness performance of different levels, which could be the reference for high school coaching prescriptions and talent selection purposes. The tennis players regardless of competitive level have better performance than tennis player in control group including 30 seconds and one minute pushup, medicine ball right-left and overhead throwing, and 1,600 meters running. The better performance assessed by the right shoulder ROM and shuttle run for elite tenneis player compared to tennis player in control group. There are no differences on 20 meters shuttle run, left shoulder ROM, vertical jump, and tennis agility items.
