青少年網球選手專項體能檢測項目之差異與運動表現之相關研究

Correlations on differences of junior tennis player specific fitness detection category and sports performance

摘要


本研究旨在評估全國青少年網球選手網球專項體能之狀況與運動表現之差異與相關。研究方法是以國內13 至18 歲等不同歲級之青少年網球選手共227 位為樣本,區分不同性別與優秀及一般等兩種技能水準,再以美國網球協會體能檢測內容中的11 種項目進行檢測,所得資料以獨立樣本 t 考驗以及皮爾森相關積差分析各歲組男、女生網球選手之各項專項體能之差異以及對比在全國排名是否有相關性存在。結果顯示:一、男女生在垂直跳、側步敏捷、藥球擲遠正手、藥擲遠過頂拋球以及 2.4 公里耐力跑均有顯著差異。二、優秀及一般組在側步敏捷、蜘蛛跑、20 碼衝刺、藥球擲遠正手、藥球擲遠反手、藥球擲遠過頂拋球、一分鐘仰臥起坐以及2.4 公里耐力跑等項目有顯著差異。三、在專項體能與排名成績表現上的相關上,則是以垂直跳、側步敏捷、藥球擲遠過頂拋球、仰臥起坐、2.4 公里耐力跑與排名成績之相關值最高。研究結論:在垂直跳、側步敏捷、藥球擲遠過頂拋球、一分鐘仰臥起坐、2.4公里耐力跑等專項體能項目對於排名成績表現有密切的關連值得教練與選手注意,研究者提供適當及具體建議,提供教練及選手在實務上的運用及未來研究參考。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the differences and correlations on tennis specific fitness status and sports performance of national junior tennis player. The research method is to sample a total of 227 junior tennis players aged among 13 to 18, distinguished by different sex and skill level of elite and average, then detected by categories of United States Tennis Association fitness detection contents (11 terms). The obtained data will be test by independent samples and analyzed by Pearson product-moment correlation, to find out the following specific physical ability differences between male and female tennis players, and whether there is correlation compare to national ranking. Results: 1. There were significant differences between male and female students in vertical jump, side step agility, forehand medicine ball toss, overhead medicine ball toss and 2.4 kilometer run. 2. There were significant differences between elite and average group in side step agility, spider run, 20 yard sprint, forehand medicine ball toss, backhand medicine ball toss, overhead medicine ball toss, 1 minute sit up and 2.4 kilometer run. 3. In the specific fitness performance and ranking performance, drop vertical jump, side step agility, overhead medicine ball toss, reverse medicine ball toss, sit up and 2.4 kilometer run shows the highest correlation coefficient. Conclusion: Drop vertical jump, side step agility, overhead medicine ball toss, 1 minute sit up and 2.4 kilometer run and other specific fitness categories are highly correlate with ranking performance, which is worth considering for coaches and players. Researchers provide appropriate and specific recommendations for coach and player's practical application and references for future researches.
