羽球運動技術中的步法是有其基本原則的規律性,掌握其規律性及節奏感,則能在球場上輕鬆自若,行止有定。然而,在比賽時來球的千變萬化,步法有其應用的可變性,站位起動的適切掌握,確實可靈活因應比賽時複雜的不同情勢,並且較能掌握場上的主動優勢。羽球運動的研究學者們,闡明在教學及訓練中「米字」步法的必要性,並建議單打選手擊球後須立即返回中心位置(中場的原心位置),這些步法都在在強調回位於中場原心位置的重要。然而,在2006 年新制規則實施後,規則鼓勵選手主動進攻,因此在進攻戰術的發展中,突顯了前後場應用原心的站位起動、重心調整及移動路線的步法訓練,應更被重視及強化。本文綜合羽球專家的研究,分析說明羽球步法的基本組成概念及訓練要點,並且簡明的敘述前後場應用原心站位的時機與六向步法的移動路線及訓練方法,希望能對基層教學及運動員訓練的認知及應用能有所助益。
Badminton's footwork technique has its basic principles and regularity. When being able to grasp its rhythm and pattern, one can be relaxed and composed on the court, moving every step in a controlled and certain manner. However, with the ever-changing hits, the footwork should have its changeability. Footwork should be changed according to different complex circumstances, so as to take the game into one's hand. Badminton research scholars emphasize the crucialness of the " 米" footwork in their training and teaching, accentuating that singles players must return to the mid-court area immediately after every hit. However, after the implementation of the rules in 2006, players are encouraged to attack proactively, causing a development in the tactics of attack. This magnifies that footwork tactics and training, such as starting position, the applications of forecourt and backcourt as the base, should be more valued and strengthened. Overall, this article synthesizes the studies of badminton experts, analysis and introduces the basic concept of the composition of badminton footwork, and illustrates the application principles. It also demonstrates the usage of the starting position, and the paths and training method of the hex-pathed footwork, hoping to benefit the primary education and the training of athletes.
