懸吊訓練(TRX)對國中柔道選手專項運動表現之研究

The Study of the Influence of TRX on Core Muscle and Specific Physical Performance of Junior High School Judo Players

摘要


目的:本文旨在探討八週TRX(Total body Resistance Exercise )懸吊訓練,對國中柔道選手的體能表現與柔道專項運動表現效果之研究。方法:以某國中柔道隊為對象,實驗人數n = 16,隨機分成實驗組與控制組,進行八週TRX 懸吊訓練與一般訓練,並於訓練結束後,檢測選手之體能表現及柔道專項運動表現。結果:經獨立樣本t 檢定,發現在柔道專項能力與核心肌群進步幅度實驗組皆優於控制組;再以混合設計二因子變異數分析比較訓練前後的能力差異情形,發現十公尺折返跑與二百公尺跑方面未達顯著差異(p > .05),其餘各項能力皆達顯著差異(p < .05)。結論:經過八週的TRX 懸吊訓練模式,確實能提升國中柔道選手在專項能力與核心肌群之運動表現,尤其在需要高精準度動作與執行Uchi-Komi 等兩項技能表現上的影響方面,有相當程度的訓練效果存在。

Purpose: This study was to evaluate the effects of eight-week TRX (suspension training) on core muscle and specific physical performance. Methods: The subjects for the study were 16 senior junior school Judo players separated into an experimental group and a control group with equal number of players by purpose sampling, and executing an eight-week TRX with general training respectively to tested the performance of core muscle and specific physical ability after the training. Results: The progress of the experimental group was better than the control group, both in the performance of core muscle and Judo specific ability, and compared the difference before and after the training by mixed-design two way analysis of variance, and discovered no much difference in 10M and 200M shuttle run, p > .05; while there was significant difference in rest abilities, p < .05. Conclusions: The eight-week suspension training does improve the sport performance of junior high school Judo players in the core muscle and specific abilities. Therefore, TRX has training effect, to some extent, on the movement requiring high accuracy and when executing Uchi-Komi in particular.
