台灣近十年來音樂治療論文分析以1999年到2008年為例

摘要

近幾年來，音樂治療在國內越來越被受重視，各類醫學領域中皆有介入音樂治療的研究，目前台灣面臨人口老化之際，相關問題接踵而至，因此需要妥善的處理老人照顧上的問題，除了醫學上的介入外，音樂治療運用在老年人的照護上則是另外一項值得探討的方向。本文以文獻回顧的方式統整出近十年來音樂治療在各方領域的成效，皆有正向的療效，包含生理、心理上的健康及生活品質上的改善。老人領域占19%，並與其他領域作比較發現，所涉及的音樂治療相關研究較少，因此本文建議未來可在老人領域這方面做更深入的研究與探討。

For the past few years, music therapy in Taiwan was more and more respected. Various kinds of medical field were used music therapy to research. Taiwan faces the problem with aging of population now. Due to follow hard at heel some related problem, we need to properly take care of old people. In addition to use medicine, music therapy perform on taking care of the old people will be worthy of another way to confer. This article arranged effects of music therapy about various fields by documents review, and most of them are positive effects, including the health of physiology and psychology, and improving the quality of life. Compare with other fields, music therapy researches in aging people which occupied 19% less than other kinds of researches. Therefore, we can research to go deep into music therapy in aging people in the future.
