多囊性卵巢造成月經後期之中醫治療

多囊性卵巢症在生育年齡婦女是一種常見的疾病。它的發生率和某種遺傳基因異常有關，它會引起女性血中雄性荷爾蒙過高（臨床出現多毛、青春痘、禿頭等症狀）、月經不順、肥胖、不孕及易流產等症狀，現代醫學主要用手術或荷爾蒙療法來治療，但發病原因仍未可知。本病會造成中醫月經後期疾患，發病過程與肝脾腎三臟密切相關，常見病機有血寒血虛，共通點是會影響到體內氣血循環或生成的臟腑出問題都有可能造成月經後期。本例病案報告17歲女性多囊性卵巢導致月經遲至的中醫診治過程，診治過程詳細描述臨床表現及治療方法。經過一個月中醫藥物治療後，病患月經來潮且腹瀉和頭暈頭痛症狀皆改善。希望其治療成果可作為日後多囊性卵巢導致月經遲至的患者治療參考。

Polycystic ovary syndrome in women of childbearing age is a common disease. Its incidence is related to genetic abnormalities. It will cause androgen level increase in the blood of women, (clinical appearance usually seen hirsutism, acne, baldness and other symptoms) menstrual disorders, obesity, infertility and easy abortion and other symptoms. Modern medicine mainly used for surgery or hormone therapy to treat PCOS. But the reason of PCOS is still unknown. The disease can cause late menstrual disorders in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The attack is closely related to the liver, the spleen and the kidney. The cold and deficiency of blood is common cause to late menstrual disorders. Here presented a treatment course of a 17-year-old female with PCOS leading to delayed menstrual cycle, the treatment course includes sophisticate description of clinical manifestation and method of treatment. Intervention in 1 month medicine and menstrual cycle became normal and diarrhea and headache with dizziness disappeared. Because of the patient's symptoms improved significantly, to achieve satisfactory results, the treatment can be provided as reference.
