中醫治療乾癬合併卵巢巧克力囊腫之病例報告

A Case Report of Psoriasis Complicated with Ovarian Endometrioma with Chinese Medicine Treatment

摘要

一位31歲女性患者因患乾癬將近20年，使用高劑量的免疫抑制劑，此外合併右側卵巢巧克力囊腫，已開刀2次但囊腫仍持續長大，基於反覆乾癬及卵巢囊腫的不斷復發，故尋求中醫治療。在經過將近3年時間的治療與追蹤後，乾癬得到穩定的控制，卵巢囊腫亦消失無復發，藉此病例報告以提出治療經驗，供臨床上參考和運用。

A 31-year-old female took high dose of immunosuppressive agents due to refractory psoriasis for almost twenty years. Besides, she also had right side ovarian endometrioma and received two times operation but the ovarian endometrioma was still recurrent. Due to poor control of psoriasis and ovarian endometrioma, she went to our Chinese Medicine OPD for help. Through around three years of treatment and follow-up, the condition of psoriasis and ovarian endometrioma got stable control and great improvement. We demonstrated the experience in this case report for clinical reference and application.
