中藥診治帶狀皰疹病例報告

摘要

此81歲男性，有多樣慢性疾病，長期服用西藥控制穩定；於105年底，自上背部延伸至右手上臂後外側、前臂外側出現紅疹、水泡、疼痛等帶狀皰疹臨床表現，經中醫內服藥介入2個月後症狀明顯改善，後續服用2個月後亦無留下紅疹及水泡消失後常見之神經痛，臨床療效顯著。由於患者年事已高，病因病機複雜，經使用中藥介入而有良好預後，故藉此病例報告提出經驗，供同道參考討論。

This case is a 81-year-old male with complicated past history wo had regular medication control, but he felt tired, low fever with sporadic papules on back in 2016-12-17. Then, he was diagnosed with herpes zoster in 2016-12-19 with multiple papules, scabs spread around right upper limb and neuralgia and VAS score is 7. At 2016-12-29, this case came to seek for Chinese medicine formula intervention to resolve his severe to moderate neuralgia and other symptoms. After 2 months with Chinese medical formulae intervention, most symptoms declined including neuralgia with VAS score in 0-1. With the other 2 month followed up, not any complications existed. Although this case is not under urgency situation, it is worth to be discussed and analyzed in clinical aspect that based on his complicated past history, herpes zoster complications and the efficacy of Da-Sha-Zhi-Cao Formulae.
