中醫對帶狀疱疹證治之看法

摘要

帶狀疱疹（Herpes Zoster Virus Type Ⅱ），民間俗話說皮蛇或飛蛇，是一種濾過性病毒感染所造成的皮膚病。由於病毒同時侵犯神經及皮膚，故臨床上表現為疼痛性皮疹。雖然，各個年齡層皆可能發生帶狀疱疹，但以五十到七十歲之間的成人居多。治療上，處方用藥以自擬伍氏如意疱疹解毒湯方（Wu's Ru-I Herpes Detoxify Tong Fang）為主力，再隨證加減藥方治療變證為輔佐。皮膚上，治療亦以自調的外治敷方—如意金黃散（Ru-I Chin Huang San）外加適量的雄黃調理米酒均勻，期能標本同治，內外合參達成早日康健之境界。

Herpes Zoster Virus Type Ⅱ, the folk custom is said that it is called as the Skin-snake or the flying Snake. The disease of skin is due to the infection of straining virus. Because the virus invades both nerves and the skin tissue at the same time, so the syndromes of pain rash have and behave clinically. Therefore, the disease of ”Herpes Zoster Virus Type Ⅱ” can be happened in each age stage. But whether 50 years old to 70 years old in the majority adult is up. On treatment and order, the prescription pharmacy by oneself such as Wu's Ru-I Herpes Detoxify Tong Fang is main force and add or reduce the prescription cures with certificate. That is to agree and treat and burn into a certificate, just is to think and assist. Agree and treat having in the skin, treat it in order to apply to put from the external treatment by painting Ru-I Chin Huang San and add a little Red orpiment and Rice wine. The issue is cured together with the specimen and flash outside and join for reaching earlier healthy to border.
