癌因性疲憊的中醫治療病例報告

摘要

因性疲憊症（cancer-related fatigue, CRF）是癌症病人最常面臨的症狀、困擾之一，高達92%的台灣癌症病患有癌因性疲憊問題。本病例為六十歲男性胃癌第四期的病患，因接受化療後出現疲憊症狀至中醫門診就醫。中醫辨證為脾胃氣虛，開方以四君子湯加減，配合以台灣簡明版疲憊量表（BFI-T）評估病患疲憊程度變化，治療期間可見疲憊程度由6.3分進步至2分。本結果有利於中西醫照護癌症化療病患，提升病患生活品質的可能性。

Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is one of the most common symptoms and problems faced by cancer patients, with up to 92% of cancer patients in Taiwan suffering from cancer-related fatigue. This case is a 60-year-old male gastric cancer stage IV patients, due to chemotherapy after the symptoms of fatigue to our chinese medicine clinic. The symptom belong to Spleen-Stomach Qi Deficiency in TCM concept. He treated with Si Jun Zi Tang as main remedy. His score of Brief Fatigue Inventory- Taiwanese (BFI-T) has improved from 6.3 to 2. The results are beneficial to Chinese and Western medicine to care for cancer chemotherapy patients and improve the possibility of patients' quality of life.
