中醫治療頻尿之病例報告

Treatment of Frequent Urination In Traditional Chinese Medicine: A Case Report

摘要

本病例是一名49歲的女性，103年至105年期間曾發生2－3次的泌尿道感染病史。自106年起開始出現反覆頻尿的問題，經常至診所就醫。透過許多檢查顯示，造成該名病患頻尿可能的原因，除了器質上有輕微的膀胱脫垂和子宮肌瘤之外，還有膀胱過動、心理因素（焦慮緊張）以及進入更年期泌尿生殖道萎縮乾澀等多重問題，經西醫治療後無法根治症狀反覆發作，故尋求中醫治療，在經過將近三個月的治療與追蹤後，頻尿症狀明顯改善，藉此病例報告以提出治療經驗，供臨床上參考和運用。

This case is a 49-year-old female with a history of several urinary tract infections from 2014 to 2016 . Frequent urination has occurred since 2017, and she often goes to the clinic for treatment. According to history taking and examination, many factors may cause this patient's frequent urination. In addition to cystocele and uterine myoma, she also has overactive bladder, psychological factors and menopausal symptoms. After western medical treatment, the symptoms still occurred repeatedly. Therefore, the patient came to Dr. Liao's OPD for Chinese medicine treatment. After nearly three months of treatment, frequent urination improved significantly. We demonstrated the experience in this case report for clinical reference and application.
