This case is a 49-year-old female with a history of several urinary tract infections from 2014 to 2016 . Frequent urination has occurred since 2017, and she often goes to the clinic for treatment. According to history taking and examination, many factors may cause this patient's frequent urination. In addition to cystocele and uterine myoma, she also has overactive bladder, psychological factors and menopausal symptoms. After western medical treatment, the symptoms still occurred repeatedly. Therefore, the patient came to Dr. Liao's OPD for Chinese medicine treatment. After nearly three months of treatment, frequent urination improved significantly. We demonstrated the experience in this case report for clinical reference and application.
