中醫治療尋常性痤瘡之病例報告

本病例為一38歲女性，近一年來（自109年）頸部與下巴附近的痤瘡加重，且五年前開始出現眠差易醒的情況至今，以及在今年初（110.1）便秘的情況變嚴重，且伴隨諸多經前症候群，如經前睡眠更淺、頭痛、下腹悶痛、便秘加重，以及月經血塊多等婦科症狀。痤瘡常見之中醫證型多偏熱證、實證，但並非所有痤瘡疾病都屬於實熱證，此病例報告之病人即為虛寒證的痤瘡，半夏、乾薑、人參為《金匱要略》的一個方，用來治療脾陽虛的證型。經過三個多月的中醫治療，患者痤瘡的情形已無再發，失眠的問題也改善許多，故在此特別寫成病例報告，供臨床醫師參考。

This case is a 38-year-old female. In the past year (since 109years), the acne around the neck and chin has worsened, and she has experienced poor sleep and easy to wake up five years ago. At the beginning of this year (110.1), the situation of constipation has changed. Severe, and accompanied by many premenstrual syndromes, such as lighter premenstrual sleep, headache, lower abdominal pain, increased constipation, and more menstrual blood clots and other gynecological symptoms. The common TCM syndromes of acne are mostly heat syndrome and empirical evidence, but not all acne diseases belong to the excess heat syndrome. The patient reported in this case is acne with deficiency-cold syndrome. One of the prescriptions used to treat syndromes of spleen-yang deficiency. After more than three months of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the patient's acne has not recurred, and the problem of insomnia has also improved a lot. Therefore, a case report is specially written here for clinicians' reference.
