應用問題導向學習於“進階精神科護理學”課程設計之探討

Exploring the Application of PBL on Curriculum Design in Advanced Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing

摘要


近年來護理教育重視改革,問題導向學習(problem based learning)為廣泛被運用的教學方法,然課程設計的適用性需由「教學規劃」的整體性探討,本文根據行動研究法,即由90-94學年某護理學系碩士班「進階精神科護理學」應用PBL的課程設計之歷程,由教學理論的角度分析,結果呈現(1)建構出適切的教學規劃模式;(2)對影響課程設計之情境因素中的理念宗旨、學制法令、學生特質、教師特質、資源,予以說明其變革及分析;(3)對課程設計的要項課程目標、課程內容、教學策略、教學評值之現象說明。本研究結論認為PBL於碩士班「進階精神科護理學」之應用,宜結合「問題導向學習」(PBL)與「臨床案例導向學習」(clinical case based learning)的「臨床教案導向學習」(clinical scenario based learning; CSBL)。

In recent years, as nursing education has emphasized reform, Problem Based Learning (PBL) has been extensively applied as a teaching method. The feasibility of PBL, however, should be considered from the perspective of overall teaching design. This paper analyzes the curriculum design process involved in the application of PBL to an Advanced Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing course taken by a nursing Master's degree class from the academic year 2001 to 2005 The action research method was adopted in this research, and analysis was performed from the perspective of educational theory. The results demonstrate (1) a suitable teaching model for conducting this course, (2) analysis of influencing conceptual factors, including mission, law, student characteristics, faculty characteristics, resources; (3) description of the elements of curriculum design: objectives, contents, strategies, and evaluation. The study concludes that in this course of Advanced Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing for master's students, it was appropriately integrated with the PBL and Clinical Case Based Learning to become Clinical Scenario Based Learning (CSBL).
