摘要

七○年代的民間基金會多以醫療救濟為主要工作，而洪建全基金會在當時不僅興辦視聽圖書館，且舉辦無數的音樂活動，在音樂文化的推廣上，對當時的台灣社會有什麼影響，其意義為何，是本文的研究重點。本文第一部份是介紹洪建全視聽圖書館的緣起、發展、轉型；第二部份是介紹洪建全視聽圖書館舉辦的主要音樂活動；第三部份是論述這個視聽圖書館的特色及社會角色。第四部份探討有聲資料出版的社會意義。第五部份是說明音樂講座的社會意義。

The civil foundation in 70's takes the medical treatment and succor as its main work, while the Mr. C.C. Hong's foundation not only to establish audio-visual library, but also to hold numerous music activities at that time. On the expansion of music culture, what the influence have and what the meaning is for Taiwan society at that time, it is really the key point in this textual research. Part one in this context will have the brief for the origin, development, and transformation regarding Hong's audio-visual library. Part two is to introduce the main music activity hold by Hong's audio-visual library. Part three is to elaborate the special features and social roles for this audio-visual library. Part four will elaborate the social meaning regarding the talking data publication. Part five is to elaborate the social meaning for the music lecture class hold by the Hong's foundation.
