某醫學中心離職護理人員職場友誼與職業倦怠相關性探討

A Correlational Study of Workplace Friendship and Job Burnout among Resigned Nursing Staff in a Medical Center

摘要


背景及目的:護理人力對醫療體系為之重要,護理人員不僅需承受工作壓力所帶來的職業倦怠,還要面對職場友誼的發展,故本研究探討離職護理人員職場友誼之三構面,包含:1.組織友誼、2.同事友誼、3.主管友誼,以及職業倦怠之相關分析,進一步了解離職之影響程度。方法:採量性結構式問卷調查法,及橫斷式研究之設計,並以SPSS 20.0統計軟體進行資料統計,使用百分比、平均值、皮爾森相關分析。結果:職場友誼三構面之間具有顯著相關,而整體職場友誼與職業倦怠相關最強;但其中構面,主管友誼則與職業倦怠未達統計上的相關性。結論:強化組織支援系統性及提升同事間尊重度是重要的,其不僅降低護理人員之職業倦怠,並能提升職場之友誼。

Background and Specific Aim: Nursing manpower is the key to the medical system. Nursing staff have to face not only job burnout resulted from work stress, but also the development of workplace friendship. Here we investigate the relationship between workplace friendship and occupational burnout among the resigned nurses, as well as the impact on the turnover rate. Method: A cross-section design was adopted in this study. Structured questionnaires were used in the quantitative survey. Data was analyzed with SPSS 20.0 for the calculation of percentage, average, and Pearson correlation analysis. Results: Significant correlation is demonstrated among the three facets of workplace friendship. The overall workplace friendship is most significantly correlated with the occupational burnout. On the other hand, inter-facet analysis revealed no significant correlation between supervisor friendship and occupational burnout. Conclusion: We revealed in this study the importance of strengthening the systemic support from the organization as well as enhancing mutual respect between colleagues in minimizing job burnout, promoting workplace friendship.
