「十二五規劃」對台灣銀行業的影響
The Effect of Twelfth Five-Year Plan on the Taiwanese Bank Industry
摘要
「十二五規劃」，起迄時間為2011年至2015年。中國的經濟發展重點已出現革命性的變化，由以往以出口為導向的外貿型態，逐漸轉變為強調以內需為主的民間消費，並致力於國計民生品質的提升。「十二五規劃」可提供台灣銀行業一條新出路，若採取「階層式的戰略或政策（hierarchical strategies or policies）」，台灣銀行業者可以循序漸進在三線城市設立據點，藉以深耕大陸、永續經營，突破目前的經營困境。最後，由於中國經濟日益龐大，且在全球地位日趨重要，台灣銀行業者可與大陸銀行業者合作，致力於人民幣國際化的業務，以尋找新商機，並創造營利，站穩市場。

The ”Twelfth Five-Year Plan” started from 2011 through 2015. There is a major change to China's economic development by shifting its focus from export-oriented to internal-demand-oriented. ”Twelfth Five-Year Plan” provides a new option to Taiwan's bank industry. ”Hierarchical strategy or policies” mentioned in this article suggests Taiwanese banks start their battle in the third-tier cities and then spread to be nationwide. Lastly, due to the increasing important of China's economy in the world, Taiwanese banks should seek cooperation with Mainland Chinese Banks on RMB internationalization and look for more business opportunities.
