新移民婦女的就業因素-以高雄市為例

The Factors of Employment for New Immigrant Women-The Case in Kaohsiung

摘要


本文以因素分析(Factor Analysis)與逐步迴歸法(Stepwise Regression)來分析問卷。(1)利用因素分析(Factor Analysis)來分析造成新移民女性就業與非就業。(2)以逐步迴歸法(Stepwise Regression)分析就業迴歸模型。本研究發現新移民女性不想或不能就業的六項主要原因為:(1)個人就業規畫(2)政府政策支援不足(3)就業條件不佳(4)家庭有足夠經濟力(5)家庭需要照顧(6)家庭反對。新移民女性之就業三項主要因素,其順序為:(a)政府政策支援、(b)個人需求,(c)家庭支持。其中政府政策支援為最主要因素。

In this paper, we adopt factor analysis and stepwise regression to analyze the questionnaires. (1) We adopt the factor analysis to analyze the cause of new immigrant women employment and non-employment. (2) The stepwise regression will to study Employment model. The study found that new immigrant women unwilling or cannot employment was mainly due to six main factors (1) individual employment planning (2) lack of government policy support (3) the poor conditions of employment (4) family having enough economic power (5) families in need care (6) family opposition. New immigrant women's employment has three main factors. The order is (a) government policy support (b) individual needs (c) family support. The government policy support is the most important factor.
