材質選用是影響產品實務應用之一重要關鍵因素,也常成為生產製程中必須謹慎重視的工程條件。尤其當產品製造方案須同時兼顧材料調製情況時,有關材料條件之掌握更顯重要。本研究即以工業常用之鑄鐵材料為研究對象,藉由分析鑄鐵製造實務之製程關鍵因子,以彙整出材料形成之組織特徵與產品應用性質之相關法則。研究依循理論基礎與實務經驗內涵,並透過知識歸納分析與資訊工具建構方式建立一套具有改善產品製程之材料分析系統。本研究室目前已完成該系統之建構雛型,並可顯示初期階段之分析功能。本論文即針對該分析系統建立所涵蓋之意義、構思內容、知識分析及雛型架構分析等問題內容進行報導。此外,該分析系統也擬定提升鑄鐵材料之精進創新應用,並設置系統製程決策單元以強化其預測分析功能,藉以協助設計人員進行更有效能之鑄造方案規劃。
Material selection is one of the crucial factors influencing the practical application of products and has become one of the important considerations sincerely taken in the manufacture process. Especially when the product manufacturing project must simultaneously take the material modulation into accounts, precisely controlling the related materials become highly important. This research takes the cast iron materials commonly used in the industry as the research subjects. By analyzing the essential factor of cast iron manufacturing, the organization characteristics of the material formation and the related principles of the product application are revealed. The research relies on the rationale as well as the practical experiences, accompanying knowledge induction analysis and the information tool construction, to establish a set of material analysis system for improving the manufacturing system. Our laboratory recently has completed the constructing model of this system, and can demonstrate the analysis function of the initial stage. This paper mainly reports the delineations of knowledge analysis and model construction analysis for the system establishment. In addition, this analysis system also draws up promoting the innovational application of cast iron materials as well as establishing the decision-making unit to strengthen its forecast analysis function. Hopefully this research can facilitate the designing professionals to carry on more effective casting plans.
