隨著科技進步,大數據分析成為非常重要的議題,有別於傳統數據分析注重因果關係,大數據分析著重於在大量真實資料中找出不同要素之間關聯,而且在這個訊息爆炸的時代,運用大數據分析可以更快速且有效率的提供使用者決策建議。另外,生產排程是企業非常重要的規劃工作,生產排程若適當則對顧客訂單的交期以及生產效率的提升將有很大的助益。因此本研究針對金屬製品製造業的兩家個案公司協助其建立視覺化大數據分析系統,以不同的視覺化圖表呈現,使管理者可以根據閱讀動態儀表版,清楚了解公司經營管理資訊並快速掌握資料的重點,進行生產計畫調整,以達到提高生產效率及品質之目的。另外,本研究也協助上述其中一家的個案公司建置生產排程系統,將個案公司的螺絲生產工單適切的分配到各機台加工,以供管理者進行排程規劃之參考,解決公司長久以來苦無適用於螺絲產業使用的電腦排程系統之痛點。
With the advancement of technology, big data analysis has become a very important topic. Traditional data analysis focuses on causal relationships, while big data analysis focuses on finding relationships between different elements in a large amount of real data. Moreover, in this era of information explosion, the use of big data analysis can provide users with decision-making suggestions more quickly and efficiently. In addition, production scheduling is a very important planning work for an enterprise. Appropriate production scheduling will be of great help to the delivery of customer orders and the improvement of production efficiency. Therefore, this study aims at two case companies in the metal products manufacturing industry to assist them in establishing a visual big data analysis system. It is presented in different visual analysis charts, so that managers can clearly understand the company's management information and quickly grasp the key points of the data by reading the dynamic dashboard. And according to the analysis results, the production plan can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency and quality. Furthermore, this study also assisted one of the above-mentioned case companies to build a production scheduling system, so as to appropriately allocate the screw production work orders of the case company to each machine for processing. It can be used as a reference for managers to carry out scheduling planning, and solve the problem that the company has not had a proper computer scheduling system for a long time.
