Utilizing Post-Partum Caring Model to Improve Stillbirth Postpartum Maternal of the Nursing Execution Rate

摘要

本專案旨在應用關懷照顧模式，提供死產產婦產後關懷照護。調查發現護理人員對死產產婦產後關懷照護認知僅39.3%，以及對死產產婦產後關懷照護執行率僅34.6%，故進一步分析發現問題：一、缺乏照護死產產婦之護理照護流程，二、缺乏照護死產產婦之相關輔助工具，三、護理人員缺乏哀傷輔導之教育訓練。經組員討論設定目標並擬定改善對策，制訂死產產婦產後關懷照護流程、產後關懷手冊與安排哀傷輔導之教育課程等的應用，使護理人員對死產產婦產後關懷照護認知達81%，而對死產產婦產後關懷照護執行率達78%，達到專案目標。本專案結果建立了一套完善的死產產後關懷照護模式，可作為推行死產照護之參考。

”Stillbirth” in Taiwan's civil society is a taboo which lacks related care and attention service. In order to understand and investigate the nursing care of postpartum maternal after stillbirth. We conduct a cognitive survey ”thequestionnaire of cognitive investigation on demand for nursing care of the stillbirth maternal” The study showed that the cognitive awareness of nursing care on maternal stillbirth were: 39.3% for the need of ”primary physical care”, followed by ”a written document procedure instruction”, and ”the psychological care” is the lowest score. After special case execution promotion, and the implementation of training programs for the nurses regarding grieving counselling, the results found a great improvement from 12% to 88% in the grieving process regarding both of the adaptation process and the assistance of the maternal to obtain commemoration goods. Complete the implementation of the overall rate from 39.3% before improving to 81.0%. In addition, we may help each of the cases passing through grieving and facing the future by the implementation of the psychological care on clinical nursing practice.
