護理指導對準父親陪產效能及產婦生產支持感受之影響

The Effects of Nursing Instruction on Expectant Fathers' Accompanying Efficacy and Maternal Labor Support Perception during Labor and Birth

摘要

本研究目的為探討陪產護理指導對準父親陪產效能及產婦生產支持感受之影響。採類實驗設計，立意取樣選取60位參與妻子自然產待產及生產過程之準父親為對象，分為實驗組與控制組各30名，實驗組除接受現行產房陪產護理指導外，在產婦辦妥入院手續後，觀看研究者針對準父親所設計之陪產護理指導錄影帶。本研究結果發現：實驗組準父親陪產效能改變量高於控制組，實驗組產婦所感受到的生產支持度高於控制組，準父親陪產效能與產婦生產支持感受成正相關，亦即準父親陪產效能愈高，產婦生產支持感受愈高；準父親陪產效能和產婦生產支持影響因素包括：準父親生產相關知識來自姊妹、產婦是否參加生產教育課程、產婦教育程度、催生劑使用及產程時間等五項基本屬性。根據研究結果，未來在護理的運用上，針對準父親所設計的陪產護理指導錄影帶，可以作為護理人員提供準父親陪產的參考，使準父親在陪產時更能適時提供支持與協助，達成以家庭為中心的護理宗旨。

The purpose of this study was to explore the efficacy of nursing instruction to expectant fathers' and the maternal perceptions of the support received during labor and delivery. The study used a two-group quasi-experimental design. A convenient sample of 60 expectant fathers who accompanied their wives in labor participated in this study. Sixty subjects were evenly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The control group received traditional nursing instructions. The experimental group received additional nursing instructions via watching a videotape that showed the procedures throughout the complete hospitalization. The findings indicated that the experimental group had higher level of both accompanying efficacy and maternal labor support perception. There was also a significant correlation between subject's characteristics, accompanying efficacy and maternal labor support perception. Expectant fathers' accompanying efficacy was positively correlated with maternal labor support perception. In conclusion, the use of videotape is an effective instructional tool to teach expectant fathers to improve accompanying efficacy and maternal labor support perception.
