醫學教育的新趨勢:跨領域討論、擬真醫學、翻轉教學

The Updated Trends in Medical Education: Transdisciplinary Teamwork, Medical Simulation, Flipped Classroom

摘要


醫學教育的新紀元已經展開,因應現今多變的醫療環境及突飛猛進的高科技,臨床醫療教育的轉型勢必要顛覆過去教學的傳統模式。本文僅就2015年參與國際醫學教育大會(Association for Medical Education in Europe, AMEE)後,整合大會闡明的重要新思維,舉凡:跨領域討論、擬真醫學、翻轉教學等,並分享個人心得感想及參與發表的主題內容,藉此提供給臨床工作之醫療人員作為未來台灣醫學教育推展與創新之參考。

A new era of medical education has been launched in response to the changes of recent health care environment and high-tech advances. The transformation of medical education might subvert the traditional teaching model in the past. In this article, we integrate the newest and important thinking of the meeting, including the transdisciplinary teamwork, medical simulation, flipped classroom, sharing personal experiences/ feelings and my published research after joined the 2015 International Conference on Education Medicine held by the Association for Medical Education in Europe [AMEE]. We anticipate providing for the clinical staff as the references of future development and innovation of medical education in Taiwan.
