降低太陽能熱水器風阻之探討及測試

Reduction of Wind Load of a Solar Collector Model

摘要


再生能源的應用在台灣地區目前以太陽能熱水器的使用最?普遍,但由於所處地理位置常有颱風過境,造成太陽能熱水器損毀的情形層出不窮,因此本文首先探討目前一般家用太陽能熱水器之空氣動力特性,其次再探討有效降低風阻的方式,其中以包括架高熱水器以及裝設導流板兩方面進行研究,測量其壓力分布以及受力情況。整體而言,垂直於自由流之導流板可達到最有效之減低風阻。但值得注意的是,當風速增加時,不論架高模型或者加裝導流板都可能會使得模型的震動程度增加,因此於採用降低風阻之措施時,也必需考慮增強熱水器之支架結構強度問題,才臻完善。

Solar water heater is widely utilized in Taiwan. Due to the geographical location of Taiwan, it is frequently subject to the impact of severe typhoon each year. This leads to the damage for some solar water heaters. To resolve this kind of problem, this study intend to reduce the wind loading of a commercial solar water heater. One approach is to lift the model, and the other is to install a guiding plate. It is found that the wind loading is reduced effectively with a 270-deg guiding plate, which is normal to the freestream. Higher degree of vibration is also noted as either approach.
