幼兒體能專家教師教學信念之概念分析

The Concepts of Teaching Beliefs of Expert Teachers in Preschool Physical Education

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解幼兒體能專家教師教學信念之概念,深入瞭解幼兒體能專家教師對有關教師、學生、教材及師生互動等方面的教學信念。方法:本研究以訪談方式,訪談台灣地區現職的13位幼兒體能專家教師。結果發現,幼兒體能專家教師的教學信念之概念可歸納為(1)教師效能,包括專業能力、教師角色、教師特質等。(2)教學技巧,包括幼兒特質、個別差異、教學策略、教學回饋、教學反省等。(3)課程與目標,包括課程目標、內容與知識、課程設計等。(4)器材運用,包括器材設計、器材使用、器材與活動等。(5)師生關係,包括教學氣氛、師生互動關係、課室管理、教學熱忱、信任與期待等。結論:大體而言,本研究發現幼兒體能專家教師的教學信念之主要概念包括:教師效能、教學技巧、課程與目標、器材運用、及師生關係五個層面,其內涵可提供幼兒體能教師師資培訓及提升教師教學專業的重要參考資料。

The purpose of this study was to explore the concepts of teaching beliefs of expert teachers in preschool physical education. In order to understand the teaching beliefs of expert teachers in preschool physical education involved in the teacher per se, students, materials, and teacher-student interaction. Based on the interview methods, 13 experienced preschool physical education teachers were interviewed. The results of this study indicated that the concepts of teaching beliefs of expert teachers in preschool physical education included were 1. 'teacher efficacy' that involve in the professional ability, teacher roles, and teacher characteristics; 2. 'teaching skills' that involve in the characteristics of kids, individual differences, the teaching strategies, teaching feedback, teaching reflection; 3. 'curricula and objectives' that involve in the objective of curricula, contents and knowledge of curricula, and the designs of curricula; 4 'apparatuses applications' that involve in the designs of apparatuses, to make use of apparatuses, and apparatuses along with activities; 5 'teacher-student relationship' that involve in the teaching atmosphere, the interactive relationships of teacher-student, the managements of class, teaching enthusiasms, and trusts and expectancy. Generally, the concepts of teaching beliefs of expert teachers in preschool physical education included were 'curricula and objectives', 'teacher efficacy', 'teaching skills', 'apparatuses applications', and 'teacher-student relationship' those their contents could offer the important information to contribute the teacher education and improve the professional abilities of teaching for preschool physical education teachers.
