國小學童學業、健康體適能與體育課同儕互動之相關性研究

Relationships of Academic Achievement, Peer Interaction, and Physical Fitness on Elementary School Students

摘要


本研究主要目的在了解國小學童其學業成績、健康體適能成績與體育課同儕互動關係之相關性。採立意取樣選取156位臺灣北部地區四所國民小學五、六年級學童為研究對象(男生83名、女生73名),以學童體育課同儕互動關係量表、健康體適能測驗為研究工具進行調查。再以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。結果發現:一、國小女學童之學業成績與遊戲聯合活動、信任尊重、親密依附達顯著正相關,而國小男學童之學業成績與健康體適能成績、合作利社會行為、親密依附等變項之間達顯著正相關。國小女學童之健康體適能測驗成績與遊戲聯合活動、親密依附達顯著正相關,國小男學童之健康體適能成績與親密依附之間達顯著正相關;二、國小學童之學業成績與健康體適能測驗成績、合作利社會行為、遊戲聯合活動、信任尊重、親密依附達顯著正相關,而學童的健康體適能測驗成績與體育課同儕互動關係中正向關係的合作利社會行為、遊戲聯合活動、信任尊重、親密依附等構面皆達顯著正相關;三、國小學童之健康體適能、信任尊重與競爭嫉妒等因素對學業成績之解釋能力最強。

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among academic achievement, peer interaction, and physical fitness in Taipei elementary school children. The research subjects were 156 fifth- and sixth-grade children (83 boys; 73 girls) in Taipei area, Taiwan, and the health-related fitness test and peer interaction in physical education scale were conducted to the children. The statistical methods included the Pearson correlation and Stepwise regression in this study. The results were as follows, first, girls' academic achievement had significantly positive related with 'games/joint activities', 'trust/deference' and 'intimacy/attachment', but boys' academic achievement had significantly positive related with health-related physical fitness, 'cooperation/prosocial behavior', and 'intimacy/attachment' in elementary schools. Also, girls' health-related physical fitness had significantly positive related with 'games/joint activities' and 'intimacy/attachment', but boys' health-related physical fitness had significantly positive related with 'intimacy/attachment' in elementary schools. Second, children academic achievement had significantly correlated with health-related physical fitness, 'cooperation/prosocial behavior', 'games/joint activities', 'trust/deference', and 'intimacy/attachment' in elementary schools. In addition, the children health-related physical fitness was significantly related to cooperation/ prosocial behavior', 'games/joint activities', 'trust/deference', and 'intimacy/attachment' in elementary schools. Fourth, the results from multiple regression analysis revealed that health-related physical fitness, intimacy/attachment, competition/jealously could be predicted children academic achievement for 17 %. This study made discussion according to the purpose and the results of the research, and proposed applications of the results and the suggestions for future studies.
