大學生休閒活動涉入與覺知自由之研究

摘要

目的：比較不同背景變項之大學生在休閒活動涉入與覺知自由之間的差異及了解大學生之休閒活動涉入與覺知自由的相關情形。方法：本研究以台灣中部地區大學校院學生爲研究對象，共有611名（男296人，女315人）。本研究以休閒活動涉入量表與覺知自由量表爲研究工具。所得資料分別以t檢定、單因子變異數分析及典型相關分析進行研究問題之驗證。結果：不同性別、就讀年級及每月可支配之休閒花費的大學生在休閒活動涉入與覺知自由上有差異存在。休閒活動涉入與覺知自由之間具有正向相關，休閒活動涉入愈不傾向於「吸引力」、「中心性」及「自我表達」，其覺知自由就愈不傾向於「嬉戲性」、「休閒涉入深度」、「休閒需求」及「休閒控制」。休閒活動涉入愈傾向於「吸引力」，其覺知自由就愈傾向於「休閒涉入深度」。結論：從事正當及優質休閒活動可獲得相當多的益處，本研究結果可提供學校及相關單位作爲休閒活動教育及政策規劃之參考。

Purposes: To compare the difference of leisure activity involvement and perceived freedom of the college students with different background variables. To understand the relationships between leisure activity involvement and perceived freedom of college students. Methods: There were 611 college students (male 296, female 315) were drawn form the colleges of the middle area in Taiwan as the subjects. All the subjects were administered with leisure activity involvement and perceived freedom inventory. The collected data was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation. Results: There were differences in leisure activity involvement and perceived freedom among the variables of sex, grade, and monthly expenses allowance. The less attractiveness, centricity, and self-presentation of leisure activity involvement‚ the less playing, depth of leisure activity involvement, demand for leisure and leisure controllability of perceived freedom they owned. The more attractiveness of leisure activity involvement‚ the more depth of leisure involvement in perceived freedom. Conclusions: They are many benefits receive by doing proper leisure activities. The result of this study can provide the reference for leisure activity education and policy plan authorities.
