泰國在台留學生跨文化適應、休閒行為涉入、參與動機、阻礙與滿意度影響關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討泰國在台留學生跨文化適應、休閒行為涉入、參與動機、阻礙與滿意度影響關係之研究,採用問卷調查法及E-mail,以北中南三地為研究樣本,共回收300份有效問卷,所得之有效問卷分別以描述性統計、信度分析與線性結構方程式進行驗證分析。本研究五大主要構面為:「跨文化適應」、「休閒行為涉入」、「休閒參與動機」、「休閒阻礙」與「休閒滿意度」。研究結果發現:跨國文化對休閒參與動機有正向影響,而在跨國文化的因素中以「社會互動適應」最爲重要。跨國文化適應對休閒涉入則有負向影響,而在休閒涉入的因素中以「時間」最為重要。休閒參與動機對休閒涉入有正向影響,而在休閒參與動機的因素中則以「知性」為最重要之動機。休閒阻礙對休閒涉入有正向影響,而在休閒阻礙的因素中以「結構性障礙」最為影響留學生的休閒涉入。休閒參與動機對休閒滿意度有正向影響,在休閒滿意度中以「社會互動」一項最為被滿足。休閒涉入對休閒滿意度有負向影響,最後就研究結果,提出相關建議。本研究建議為給研究者與台灣有關單位來參考改善,而提升泰國留學生在台的休閒活動參與度、豐富在台之留學生活。

The purpose of the study was research on the relationships among Cross-Cultural Adjustment, Leisure Involvement, Leisure Motivation, Leisure Constraint and Leisure Satisfy for Thai Student Abroad in Taiwan. Use survey and E-mail. The researcher chooses 3 locate in Taiwan. There were 300 of the completed questionnaires were analyzed in the statistical methods to test hypothesis, Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Analysis, LISREL. Use five framework were Cross-Cultural Adjustment, Leisure Involvement, Leisure Motivation, Leisure Constraint, Leisure Satisfy. The results of relationships: There was not a linear relationship between Cross-Cultural Adjustment and leisure motivation then Cross-Cultural of factor is cross-society. There was not a linear relationship between Cross-Cultural Adjustment and leisure involvement then leisure involvement of factor is time. There was a linear relationship between leisure motivation and leisure involvement then leisure motivation of factor knowledge. There was a linear relationship between leisure constraint and leisure involvement then leisure constraint of factor structure constraint. There was a linear relationship between leisure motivation and leisure satisfy then leisure satisfy of factor society interaction. There was not a linear relationship between leisure involvement and leisure satisfy. Finally discussion and suggestions based on the results were made.
