本研究旨在建立澎湖設置地質公園之評選指標與權重,以及適合設置地點的優先排序。研究總共有三個階段問卷調查,第一階段運用「修正式德爾菲法」整合專家群意見,以建立地質公園的評選指標;分析歸納後,以「層級分析法」設計第二階段問卷,並求取評選指標的相對權重值;第三階段則以TOPSIS方法,來評估澎湖設置地質公園地點的優先順序。本研究於2004年9~10月間,進行第一階段修正式德爾菲問卷,受訪專家共37名,回收33份;2004年11~12月間,進行第二階段AHP問卷,受訪專家37名中,通過一致性檢定之問卷共21份;2004年12月~2005年1月間,進行第三階段TOPSIS問卷,計算排序的結果爲桶盤嶼、七美嶼、小門嶼、望安嶼、吉貝嶼、奎璧山。
The purpose of this research is to ascertain the evaluate index and relative weight to establish geology park in Penghu. Three stages questionnaire surveys are utilized in this study. In the first stage, the ”Modified Delphi Method” is applied to integrate the expert's viewpoint of evaluating index. Next, the ”Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP” is employed to calculate the relative weight for the target scenic spots. Finally, The TOPSIS method is used to appraise the priority order of selected scenery spots. The survey was conducted between September 2004 and January 2005. The result shows the preferred scenic spots for Geopark in order are Tongpan, Cimei, Siaomen, Wanan, Jibei and Kueibishan.
